Former President Donald Trump has continued to attack Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as he waits to find out if he will be indicted next week in the Stormy Daniels secret money case.
On Truth Social Thursday, Trump shared an article about Bragg that was illustrated with an image of the former president holding a baseball bat, positioned next to one of the scared-looking Democratic DAs and raising his hand defensively.
And then, overnight, Trump called Bragg a “psycho degenerate” as he uttered the chilling threat that there would be “death and destruction” if he was charged with a crime.
While Trump initially said he would be arrested on Tuesday, and encouraged his supporters to ‘protest’! – Grand jury proceedings have wrapped up for the week, so a potential indictment won’t arrive until Monday at the earliest.
A source told DailyMail.com on Wednesday that Bragg is “having trouble convincing the jury to buy the case.” It’s a weak case and has caused divisions in the prosecutor’s office.
‘What kind of person can impeach another person, in this case a former president of the United States, who got more votes than any sitting president in history and a leading candidate (by far!) for the Republican Party nomination? , with a crime, when everyone knows that NO crime has been committed, and also that the potential death and destruction on such a false charge could be catastrophic for our country?’ Trump posted in Truth a little after 1 a.m. Friday.

‘Why and who would do such a thing?’ she asked.
‘Just a psycho degenerate who really (sic) hates the US!’ he said, pointing a finger at Bragg.
Trump has deployed controversial rhetoric all week when he posts in Truth about the case.
On Thursday, he rejected calls for his supporters to be “peaceful” if he is impeached, which would be historic as no other former president has been charged in a criminal investigation after leaving office.
EVERYONE KNOWS I AM 100% INNOCENT, INCLUDING BRAGG, BUT HE DOESN’T CARE. HE IS JUST CARRYING OUT THE PLANS OF THE RADICAL LEFT LUNATICS. OUR COUNTRY IS BEING DESTROYED, AS WE’RE TOLD TO BE PEACE!’
On Friday morning, he simply wrote in Truth: ‘TAX MISCONDUCT!’

That social media post influenced a US district judge’s decision on Thursday to keep jurors anonymous in a separate Trump-related case, the defamation lawsuit was launched against Trump for the rape accuser E. Jean Carroll.
United States District Judge Lewis Kaplan said an anonymous jury was appropriate “based on the unprecedented circumstances in which this trial will take place, including extensive pre-trial publicity and a very strong risk that jurors will fear harassment, unwanted encroachments of your privacy and reprisals”.
The judge said Trump’s March 18 call to “protest” and “take back our country” if he were indicted in the separate hush money case has been seen by some as incitement to violence by the former president.
The former president was seen at his West Palm Beach golf club on Thursday but is expected to travel to Waco, Texas, for a campaign rally on Saturday, his first rally in Texas of the 2024 presidential cycle.
