Donald Trump has confirmed he will testify at the hush money trial of Stormy Daniels.

The process of choosing the panel of 12 New Yorkers who will decide his fate is about “luck,” he said, saying what was happening in the city was “unfair.”

His legal team has consistently argued that there is no way he can get a free trial because the majority of the city is Democrat.

The eyes of the world will be on New York City as he becomes the first former president to face a criminal trial.

He faces 34 charges of falsifying company records to cover up a $130,000 payment to porn star Daniels for their alleged affair before the 2016 election.

The 77-year-old Trump made these comments just as the judge refused to postpone the trial due to the enormous amount of publicity surrounding the case.
