Trump says Biden WON’T make it to the 2024 election – and says his ‘skinny legs’ look ‘terrible’ on the beach

As his eight main competitors battled it out on a debate stage, Donald Trump tore President Biden for both his looks and his mental abilities in a new interview with Tucker Carlson.

“I think he is worse mentally than physically and physically. He’s not exactly a triathlete, or any kind of athlete for that matter,” Trump mused.

“Look at him who can’t walk through the helicopter he’s walking with. He can’t lift his feet out of the grass, you know, it’s only two inches by the White House.”

“When you look at him, it looks like he’s walking on toothpicks,” the former president continued. “And then you see him on the beach, where he can’t lift a chair. You know, those seats are meant to be light, right? Like two ounces.’

Trump then said he did not understand the strategy behind sending Biden to the beach.

“It’s wild animals, it’s people who are sick,” Trump says of his rivals

“I don’t know what they do with the beach,” he said. You know, this beach seems to play a big role, but they like pictures of him on the beach. I think he looks terrible on the beach. He can’t walk through the sand.

Biden made a 10-day trip to his Delaware beach house in Rehoboth in July, spending occasional weekends there throughout the summer.

But in perhaps the biggest beach issue, Biden told a reporter on Aug. 13 “no comment” when asked about his response to the wildfires that swept through Maui as he strolled through the sand.

Biden interrupted his most recent Lake Tahoe vacation to tour the devastation in Maui, where some 115 people have died and more than 1,100 are still missing.

Trump continued, “The beach doesn’t represent what the president should be doing, he should be working. He should get us out of that terrible, terrible war that we are deeply involved in with Russia. And Ukraine. You could. And you could do that very easily. I believe you could do that. I don’t think he could, because he’s just incompetent.’

“If I was president, it never would have started,” he added.

The interview appeared just before 9 p.m. on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, and competed directly with the first Republican presidential debate, where rivals girded themselves to gain an edge to become an alternative to Trump.

Trump decided to stay out of the debate stage in Milwaukee while holding a large lead in the polls

The interview was pre-recorded. Carlson also asked Trump why he didn’t participate in the prime time debate

Biden’s own campaign team denounced the interview before coming out as a “softball” interview touting “conspiracy theories.”

“It’s wild animals, it’s people who are sick,” Trump says of his enemies in the clip.

“There’s a level of hatred I’ve never seen,” he adds.

The former president also attacked Biden over corruption allegations surrounding his family business deals.

“He’s a corrupt person, so corrupt I took the name from Hillary,” he said, referring to his beloved nickname for his former Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton — “crooked Hillary.”

The prime-time drama comes hours before Trump plans to surrender Thursday to authorities in Fulton County, Georgia, to be processed and have his mug shot taken, after being charged with racketeering conspiracy related to his election efforts in the state.

His interview with Carlson took place in a carefully selected location on X, a platform owned by Elon Musk, who restored Trump’s suspended Twitter account.

Carlson was fired from Fox following a massive settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, which sued the network for spreading election conspiracy theories about its equipment. The company settled for $787 million.

On Wednesday, the network will try to lure viewers to the prime time debate in Milwaukee, in a swing state that Trump won in 2016 but lost in 2020.

In texts released during the lawsuit, it was revealed that Carlson wrote on January 4, 2020:

“We are very, very close to ignoring Trump most nights. I really can’t wait.’ Then he wrote, “I hate him passionately.”

But his platform benefits both men. Carlson is able to fix himself while displacing the network that jettisoned him, while still paying his hefty salary. Trump is allowed to be on the air without rivals gaining an advantage over him.

Carlson also asked Trump why he was not at the debate. Rivals, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, have characterized him as afraid to show up. Trump has said he had a big head start and it was not necessary.
