Trump says Biden has the ‘IQ of a grade schooler’: Ex-President says president’s ‘mind is a catastrophe’ in anger over his ‘open border’ and ‘corruption’
- Former President Donald Trump went on a rampage against President Joe Biden on Thursday morning
- He said the 80-year-old president had gone “MAD.”
- Trump also said Biden had the “IQ OF A FIRST GRADER.”
Former President Donald Trump went on Thursday morning to swear at President Joe Biden on his Truth Social website.
The thrice-indicted 2024 hopeful suggested that the 80-year-old Biden had gone “MAD” and was using capital letters to express his anger.
While Trump continues to dominate the Republican primary, he finds himself increasingly in legal hot water, with a fourth indictment potentially on the table before the end of the month in Fulton County, Georgia.
“OUR COUNTRY IS BEING DESTROYED BY A MAN WITH THE MIND, IDEAS AND IQ OF A FIRST GRADER,” Trump posted Thursday morning, pointing to Biden’s “Open Borders CATASTROPHE.”
In a second message, Trump added, “I think Crooked Joe Biden is not just stupid and incompetent, I believe he has gone CRAZY, a grim lunatic, with his HORRIBLE AND NATIONAL BUSINESS ASSETS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, OPEN BORDERS, & DOJ /FBI ARMA POLICY .’
“HE IS A SPIRITUAL CATASTROP THAT IS LEADING OUR COUNTRY TO HELL!” added the ex-president.

The 2024 hopeful also called the sitting president “MAD” and complained about “DOJ/FBI WEAPONIZATION,” which Trump has blamed for his legal troubles
The ex-president has long argued that the FBI and DOJ have become “armed” against Republicans, which is why he faces an unprecedented legal battle on multiple fronts.
Trump’s tirade came as his longtime aide, Walt Nauta, was in court in Florida Thursday morning for his role in the classified documents fiasco.
The ex-president was allowed to skip that court date, which is an indictment for the superseding indictment, which alleged that Trump ordered aides to destroy surveillance camera footage at Mar-a-Lago.
And on Friday, Trump’s lawyers are expected in DC court with attorneys from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team to discuss what the ex-president can say publicly about the 2020 election interference and the January 6 case, his third charge of the year.
During an appearance on the campaign trail in New Hampshire on Tuesday, Trump denounced any attempt to silence him as he runs for the White House for a third time.
Trump called it “election interference.”
“Crooked Joe now wants the criminal prosecutor, this deranged man, to file a court order to take away my First Amendment rights so I can’t speak,” Trump said, earning boos from the crowd.
“I’ll talk about it, I’ll do it,” he added. “They’re not taking away my First Amendment rights,” Trump said jubilantly.
He will travel further into early game states this weekend with a Saturday appearance at the Iowa State Fair.
As a presidential candidate in 2015, Trump gave crowds helicopter rides at the fair.
Nearly every Republican presidential nominee will appear at the annual event during the 10-day period.
The latest poll from Iowa conducted by The New York Times and Siena CollegeTrump is 24 points ahead of the second-place candidate, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
