Trump reveals that he spoke to Netanyahu and the Israeli leader is not listening to Biden

Former President Donald Trump said on Saturday that he had spoken to Benjamin Netanyahu and that the Israeli prime minister is not listening to President Joe Biden.

Trump made the comments before a partisan crowd during a passage in which he pledged to restore the nation to a position of international influence and respect.

His words come at a time when Netanyahu stands at a crossroads: launch fire and fury at Iran and its allies or use the recent assassination of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar to declare victory and de-escalate.

‘Bibi called me today and said: it’s unbelievable. what happened, they said it was pretty incredible. but he didn’t want to listen to Biden because if he did, they wouldn’t be in this position,” he told thousands of supporters in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, using a nickname for the Israeli leader.

“And I tell you what, they’re in a much stronger position now than they were three months ago, that’s for sure.”

It suggests that Netanyahu plans to move forward alone.

The Israeli prime minister’s office confirmed that he spoke to Trump shortly after a Hezbollah drone attack on his home.

“Iran’s proxies who tried to kill me and my wife today made a bitter mistake,” Netanyahu said.

It marks a period of heightened tensions in the region, with Israeli officials condemning Iran and the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.

Trump will spend Saturday and Sunday in Pennsylvania ahead of Monday’s voter registration deadline.

He will man a chip counter at a McDonald’s branch near Philadelphia on Sunday before attending a Pittsburgh Steelers game in the evening.

“If we win Pennsylvania, we win the whole damn thing,” he told several thousand supporters at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

His speech included all his greatest hits: exaggerated crowd sizes, complaints about a “weaponized” justice system and a promise to tell Vice President Kamala Harris, “You’re fired.”

The main message, however, was to encourage supporters to vote early and beat the Democrats at their own game.

“Early voting in Pennsylvania is now underway. Just go and vote,” he said. “If you haven’t registered to vote, you have two days.”

He told his crowd that their vote will decide “whether we give up America, or whether we save America.”

And he promised them a ‘new golden age’.

“A hundred years from now, the 2024 presidential election will be seen as America’s greatest victory,” he said. ‘We have been through so much together and the finish line is finally in sight.’
