Trump rages at FBI for ‘rummaging’ through Barron’s ‘private quarters’ and claims federal agents wanted a GUN BATTLE with the Secret Service

Former President Donald Trump went after the FBI for rummaging through son Barron’s “private quarters” during the 2022 Mar-a-Lago attack, claiming federal agents wanted a shootout with the ex-president’s Secret Service.

Trump made the claims in one night post Thursday on Truth Socialbuilding on the baseless and shocking claim he made Tuesday — that President Joe Biden was “locked and loaded, ready to take me out.”

The conspiracy theory grew out of language included in a document laying out the legal parameters for the FBI’s search for classified material taken from the White House and stashed at Trump’s Florida estate and social club.

In Trump’s late-night post, he talked about gaining Secret Service protection after his historic 2016 victory over the “beautiful” Hillary Clinton.

Shockingly, though, Crooked Joe BidenThe Department of Injustice authorized the use of “deadly force” in their illegal, unconstitutional, and un-American raid on Mar-a-Lago, and that would also apply to our Big Secret Service, whose thought they were “in the line of fire,” Trump claimed.

“As I told the Crooked Joe DOJ, if they needed anything, all they had to do was ask,” the ex-president continued. ‘She “I didn’t have to illegally and unconstitutionally invade my home and rummage through my family’s private quarters, including Barron’s.”

He then ended the Truth post by using all caps: “END THESE WITCH HUNTS IN THE THIRD WORLD AND MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Attorney General Merrick Garland was asked about the Trump assassination attempts during a press conference on an unrelated matter on Thursday.

“That claim is false,” Garland said. “And it’s extremely dangerous.”

“The document referenced in the indictment is standard Department of Justice policy limiting the use of force,” the Biden appointee continued. “As the FBI advises, it is part of a standard search operations plan and was even used in the consensual search of President Biden’s home.”

Trump’s wild murder claim came the same week that Judge Aileen Cannon reconvened lawyers in the ex-president’s classified documents case after indefinitely postponing the trial.

On Wednesday, Cannon trained prosecutor David Harbach, a member of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s team, in court.

At the same time, special counsel Jack Smith and Trump aide Walt Nauta and his attorney were back in court before Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon to discuss the case involving classified documents.

“I have to ask you to calm down,” Cannon, a Trump appointee, told Harback: according to Politico.

Cannon had asked Harbach whether prosecutors had withheld evidence from an August 2022 meeting with attorney Stanley Woodward, who represents Trump aide Walt Nauta, accused of obstructing the investigation into classified government documents.

Although he also had Nauta as a client, Woodward was poised for a judicial appointment, which would be made by Democratic President Joe Biden.

Woodward claims that during the meeting with prosecutor Jay Bratt in August 2022, Bratt suggested that Woodward would not be appointed to the judiciary unless Nauta cooperated in the Trump secret documents case.

Harbach argued in court Wednesday that Woodward’s bringing up the meeting was part of a “garbage argument” to try to get the charges against Nauta dismissed.

The prosecutor added that Woodward’s version of the meeting was a “fantasy” that “didn’t happen,” Politico said.

Cannon made no decision this week on whether there was prosecutorial misconduct in Nauta’s case, nor did she make a decision on whether other charges should be dropped on a technicality.
