‘Trump is a serial rapist’: Senior Democrat makes outrageous claim on MSNBC – and slams CPAC
A senior figure in the Democratic National Committee called CPAC a ‘gathering of sexual predators’ and criticized former President Donald Trump as a ‘serial rapist’.
Lindy Li, women’s co-chair and Mid-Atlantic regional chair at the DNC, made the remarks when summing up the Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday.
Speaking with host Yasmin Vossoughian, Li began the segment by fighting what he saw as conservatives like 2024 presidential candidate Nikki Haley calling Democrats “woke up.”
‘Let’s be clear about what anti-awakening means. It’s anti-black,’ said Li, who was part of the Asian-American outreach team for President Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign.
‘And I think people are very reluctant to say it, but I don’t mince words, and that’s the truth. That’s his way of, you know, blowing the dog whistle without being extremely explicit,” he added.

Li also called Haley, a former ambassador to the United Nations and governor of South Carolina, “shameful” and “a total sellout.”
He then went after what he felt were the failings of the Republicans who spoke at the annual conservative conference.
Li then gave his summary of the annual event organized by the ACU.
‘Let’s also not ignore the fact that CPAC has become a gathering of sexual predators. Let’s be honest,” Li said, referring to the investigation into Rep. Matt Gaetz, which led to no charges, and allegations of inappropriate behavior by Rep. Jim Jordan and organizer Matt Schlapp.
He then went on to go on a tirade, referring to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene as an “adulteress” and complaining that Rep. Lauren Boebert “brags about carrying a Glock.”
Finally, he said: “Tonight we have Trump, a serial rapist.”
After spending about four seconds in stunned silence, Vossoughian collected his thoughts, noting that “so far they’ve all been allegations” as none of the claims have been proven.
‘It’s important to expose, we, we understand the accusations that have been made against, of course, the former president, Lindy. And of course I also understand your passion for this topic. But I want to make it clear, of course, that that, none of that has rang true so far.

In a post-appearance tweet, he made even more accusations.
‘CPAC speaker Lauren Boebert prayed twice for Biden to die; CPAC President Matt Gaetz trafficked girls; CPAC President Jim Jordan Covered Up Sex Offenses; CPAC Chairman Trump Terrorized Our Capitol; CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp Groped a Man’s Genitals; CPAC is the Hardcore Criminal Hall of Fame**,” he wrote.
He also referred to Boebert as “goofy the clown” in another tweet and called her and cheering audience members “equally repulsive.”
Li is a prominent center-left agitator and has caused outrage with her comments in the past on both sides.
She was forced to resign as treasurer of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats over critical comments from Biden’s rival and Vermont senator Bernie Sanders.
Li at one point claimed that she would not have voted for Sanders if he had been the candidate in 2020, saying she was “equally terrified and traumatized by the prospect of a Sanders presidency.”
Li also referred to Lauren Boebert (pictured) as “dumb the clown” in another tweet, calling her and cheering audience members “equally repulsive.”
Li repeated the allegation that Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio “concealed sexual crimes” while he was the wrestling coach at Ohio State University.
At least 26 women have accused former President Trump of unwanted sexual contact, according to the book All the President’s Women: Donald Trump and the Making of a Predator.
His campaign was nearly derailed in 2020 when a tape was leaked of him telling Access Hollywood star Billy Bush that he claimed to grab women ‘by the pussy’.
Trump denounced it as “locker room talk” and has denied all allegations of sexual assault and harassment.
Famed columnist E. Jean Carroll is currently suing the president for defamation over the claims he made publicly about her after she came forward with allegations that Trump raped her in the changing room of Manhattan’s Bergdorf-Goodman department store in mid-April. 1990s.
