Allies of former President Donald Trump are launching “No Tax on Tips” stickers on Tuesday to turn every restaurant receipt into a campaign billboard.
Trump unveiled his campaign promise earlier this month at a rally in Las Vegas as he woos service industry workers, promising that tipped workers would no longer pay taxes on tips if he is re-elected in November.
The idea has caught on with supporters who have written “no tax on tips” on their receipts.
Now MAGA Inc., the main Super PAC backing Trump’s 2024 campaign, is offering to make it easier with stickers

The plan would eliminate taxes on cash, credit and debit card tips by allowing such taxpayers to claim a 100 percent deduction.
The federal minimum wage has held steady at $7.25 since 2009, but tipped workers can only earn $2.13 before receiving tips.
Under current tax law, tipped wages are treated the same as regular payroll wages, and employees are expected to pay taxes.
The stickers are available new Website without tip taxes.
The idea was inspired by people writing on their receipts and posting them on social media.
Trump recently referenced a particularly famous example during a speech at Turning Point USA Action in Detroit.
“Tips for restaurant workers, hospitality workers and anyone who relies on tips, no more tax on tips,” he said. ‘No tax on tips. No. No. No.
“If you get a receipt for a restaurant on your receipt, do you know who sent me one? Kid Rock, how good is Kid Rock? Isn’t he crazy? Awesome.’
KidRock shared a receipt on X, writing: “A vote for Trump is a vote for no tax on tips.”

The musician posted a receipt showing he left a $400 tip on a $1,143.20 bill.
“A vote for Trump is a vote for no tax on tips,” he wrote on the slip.
Trump’s pledge is part of an effort to show low-wage workers that lower taxes will benefit them, not just the wealthy.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that there are 2.24 million waiters and waitresses nationwide who rely on tips for their income.
Nevada has the highest concentration of tipped workers in the country, with approximately 25.8 waiters and waitresses per 1,000 jobs, followed by Hawaii and Florida.
Trump launched his proposal during a speech in Nevada, which tops the list of states he hopes to win back from Biden in November.
“For those hotel workers and people who get tips, you’ll be very happy because when I get to the office, we’re not going to tax tips,” he said as the crowd cheered.
Legislation is needed to put this idea into effect.
