He plans to fly from Mar-a-Lago — where he was spotted with former first lady Melania Trump at Easter brunch on Sunday — to New York on Wednesday, according to The Post.

Last week, Trump arrived at Trump Tower on Monday, and then on Tuesday, he took his miniaturized motorcade to lower Manhattan to face charges in the Stormy Daniels hush money case.

It was the first time in US history that a former president was charged with a crime.

A grand jury assembled by Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

The former president pleaded not guilty.

Trump’s return to New York created a chaotic atmosphere around the New York Criminal Court, in which both pro- and anti-Trump factions were represented.

In addition, the judge in charge of the hush money case, New York Judge Juan Merchan, had to step up his security after receiving a spate of death threats after Trump made him a political target.

After leaving New York, Trump returned to Mar-a-Lago and delivered a speech attacking Merchan, James and others.

“I have a Trump-hating judge, with a Trump-hating wife and family, whose daughter worked for Kamala Harris and now receives money from the Biden-Harris campaign and a lot of it,” Trump said of Merchan from the stage at his Florida home and resort.

Merchan’s daughter works in Democratic politics and NBC News discovered that he had donated $15 last cycle to President Joe Biden, which stripped Trump of a second term.

The former president called James, who is black, a “reverse racist” for continuing the fraud cases against his companies.
