- Trump recalled reports of cocaine being found in the White House
- Trump promised to debate Biden “anytime, anywhere” but wanted him tested for drugs
- He called Biden’s State of the Union address ‘the worst speech I’ve ever seen’
Former President Donald Trump claimed President Joe Biden was “higher than a kite” during his State of the Union address in March, and said he would like to be drug tested ahead of the presidential debates.
“I don’t know what he used, but it wasn’t, hey, it was higher than a kite, and besides, it was the worst address I’ve ever seen,” Trump said.
The former president discussed Biden during an interview with radio broadcaster Hugh Hewitt on Thursday. Trump recalled the news that the Secret Service had discovered cocaine in the White House last summer.

Donald Trump wondered whether Biden used drugs during his State of the Union address
“I think what happened, you know that white stuff, that they happened to find, which happened to be cocaine in the White House, I don’t know. I think there’s something going on there,” Trump said.
Trump said he thought Biden was “helped somehow” to get through his State of the Union address, “because most of the time he looks like he’s falling asleep.”
“I watched the State of the Union, it was all excited at the beginning, it quickly faded towards the end, there’s something going on there,” he said.
Trump reiterated his call to debate Biden “anytime, anywhere” but said he would like both candidates to be drug tested before the debate.
“I think debates, at least with him, should be drug tested,” he said.
