Former President Trump, 78, told supporters at a rally in Wisconsin that if he didn’t run for office, he would be lying on the beach with his “beautiful” body.
At rallies, Trump often discusses the appearance of his opponents, but this time he took the opportunity to praise his own appearance.
The strange comments came as he discussed the kind of life he could lead if he wasn’t campaigning for president.
“I could have been sunbathing on the beach,” Trump said.

This wasn’t the first time Trump compared his appearance to that of his opponent.
In August, he claimed at a rally in Pennsylvania that he looked “more beautiful” than Kamala Harris.
He began to muse about Harris’ appearance on the cover of Time Magazine, whom he had previously compared to his wife Melania.

Trump commented on the photo’s similarity to classic Hollywood icons Sophia Loren and Elizabeth Taylor and then took issue with a Wall Street Journal columnist who commented on Harris’ beauty earlier this month.
“I look a lot better than them,” Trump said, drawing laughter from the crowd. “I look better than Kamala.”
A MAGA supporter saw humor in Trump’s comments, writing on social media: “Comedians around the world will study this man’s brain for years to come. They work for years to be funny and don’t go near him.’
However, many others attacked the president for criticizing his and Harris’ appearance, with one noting the previous comparison he made between Harris and Melania.
