Troy Aikman has once again sparked concern among NFL fans with his appearance on Monday Night Football.
Football fans took to social media to express their fears about Aikman, the ESPN color commentator for the Minnesota Vikings game against the Chicago Bears.
Many wondered if Aikman was okay when he joined Joe Buck for his weekly NFL duties on Monday as his eyes appeared to be bloodshot.
One fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and asked, “What the hell is wrong with Troy Aikman’s eye???”

This isn’t the first time viewers have expressed concerns about the color commentator and his appearance.
In November, as Aikman called Baltimore Ravens vs Los Angeles Chargers, fans on social media asked if he was okay because of his bloodshot eyes.
And a week later, with Aikman as ESPN color commentator for the Cleveland Browns against Denver Broncos, the concerns were echoed by football fans gearing up for MNF.
Aikman, 58, has not responded to viewers’ concerns.
