Prince Louis’ adorable comment to Kate Middleton and Charlotte’s big sisterly advice during Trooping the Colour flyover revealed

The royal family put on a very animated display as they appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the King’s official birthday on Saturday.

King Charles and Queen Camilla were joined by the Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and their daughter Lady Louise Windsor and Princess Anne and Sir Timothy Laurence to view the viaduct.

Speaking to FEMAIL, lip reader Juliet Sullivan says Prince Louis made a cute comment to the Princess of Wales after three RAF typhoons passed over the palace.

When his mother asked if he “liked” them, the six-year-old turned to Kate and said, “Did you see it pass?!”

Beaming at her youngest child, the Princess of Wales replied, “Yes!”

When they stepped onto the balcony for the first time, Prince William gave his children instructions on where to stand.

He said to them, ‘You are in front and I will pass you by. Go ahead of me.’

Meanwhile, King Charles looked over the crowd and said, “This is beautiful!”

As the first helicopters flew over the palace, William looked down at Louis and said, “What a good sound!” Louis then replied, “Yes!”

As they waited for the next round of planes to fly past, the Prince and Princess of Wales commented on the weather, which varied between heavy rain and sunny spells on Saturday.

William looked at the sky and said, “The weather is not so bad now.”

The Princess of Wales replied: ‘Yes, it’s just a shower now.’

Additionally, Juliet says Prince William and Prince George happily identified the plane as they approached the palace.

At one point, the Prince of Wales leaned over and said to his eldest son, “You know, that’s a jet plane.”

Seeing another in the distance, the royal family later told all three of his children, “They are typhoons.”

The prince also pointed out the ‘Hawks’ and explained to George, Charlotte and Louis how the ‘army trains them’.

At one point, Princess Anne turned to her family for help identifying the planes.

The mother of two asked: “Is that Voyager?” Or the Atlas?’

Later, the Duchess of Edinburgh appeared to note that some planes had been ‘very quiet’.

King Charles also said during the viaduct: ‘Here they come! Look there.’

After the flyover ended, the Royals remained on the balcony to hear the national anthem.

As it started, Princess Charlotte discreetly gave Louis some advice as he appeared to rest his hands on the balcony.

Charlotte turned to her brother and said, “Louis, put your hands down.”

Saturday’s Trooping the Color marked the first time the Princess of Wales has appeared in public following her shock cancer diagnosis earlier this year.

On Friday evening, the Princess of Wales released a moving personal statement about her cancer treatment.

The royal family said: ‘I have been overwhelmed by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the past few months.

‘It really has made a world of difference to William and me and helped us both through the tougher times.’

It continued: ‘I am making good progress, but as anyone undergoing chemotherapy knows, there are good days and bad days.

‘On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you need to rest your body. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of your good feelings.

The princess then said that she is “learning to be patient, especially when it comes to uncertainty.”

She concluded the statement with, “Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who so courageously shared your stories with me.”
