Jess Eva has revealed the secrets behind her recent weight loss.
The 38-year-old Triple M Sydney presenter looked stunning in a form-fitting pink cocktail dress as she took to the red carpet at the 2022 Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) on Saturday.
Interviewed by the Daily Mail Australia before the ceremony, Jess said she felt much healthier after losing 20 pounds.

Jess said part of her secret was giving up “emotional eating.”
The term refers to the habit of consuming food as a way to provide comfort while experiencing negative feelings such as stress.
‘I have two takeaways’ [near me], on my drive home,” she explained. ‘[It was like having] a cup of coffee at the end of the day. I’ve stopped doing that.’

The mother of two said a recent exercise regimen, which included cycling with her kids, has also helped give the radio star a trimmer figure.
“I feel healthier,” she gushed, saying that watching what she ate was key to dieting.
‘I try to keep carbohydrates in’ [carbohydrates] because my ass explodes even at the sight of one!’ she joked.
Elsewhere in the sober media, celebrity said she was having a midlife crisis.

“I’ve decided I’m halfway through death,” she said, “and I need to get my shit together.”
Jess rose to fame on Channel Nine renovation show The Block in 2018.
During the season finale, she and partner Norm Hogan sold their apartment at auction for $2,859,000, making a tidy profit of $209,000.
In 2020, Jess revealed that the couple had blown up the whole cash prize on swimming pools, gambling and ‘helping their friends’.

She told Daily Mail Australia at the time that they originally had plans to become full-time property developers.
But things changed when they returned home and decided to deposit the money instead.
