Triple H gave his honest opinion of Logan Paul’s in-ring performance at WrestleMania 40 on Sunday night, through slightly clenched teeth.

The former YouTuber won his triple threat match against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Sunday thanks to help from IShowSpeed.

The new WWE superstar had to fight his way through the opening salvo of both his enemies as they tackled him.

But his ultimate triumph earned him a review from WWE chief Triple H during his post-event press conference.

“Congratulations to Logan Paul on another epic outing,” said Triple H, whose real name is Paul Levesque.

“You step into the ring with Randy Orton and Kevin Owens and you put on that kind of performance, whether you walk away as champion or not, what a performance.

“(He’s) just a guy who proves every time he goes out there why his choice to be here in the WWE and not do the other things he did before has made him a WWE superstar. He’s so good.’

However, it seemed to hurt Triple H to shower Paul with so much praise, considering his meteoric rise to WWE stardom.

“It’s hard for me sometimes to think about how good he is, considering he’s only done this a handful of times,” he admitted. “It’s crazy.”

Paul won his match thanks to the help of his friend IShowSpeed, who paid the price for his intervention.

The YouTube star was dressed as a PRIME mascot during the US title match, but revealed who he was after saving Paul from an Orton punt.

After barking at Orton for some reason, IShowSpeed pushed the Apex Predator. The WWE legend responded by kicking the mascot over and putting him on the announce table to deliver an RKO.

Orton would also convert a pop-up powerbomb attempt from Owens into another RKO, but then Paul would pounce to throw him into the ring post, nailing a frog splash from the top rope onto the still-lying Owens and retaining his title .

Eventually, Owens and Orton’s competitive instincts led them to battle as well, and Paul began to pick his spot.

Brass knuckles almost provided Paul with the route to victory again, but Orton was able to thwart him at the last moment.

Speed revealed himself as the PRIME mascot sent the match straight home. In typical opportunistic fashion, Paul took advantage of Orton’s good work to secure the biggest win of his young career.

Paul has had business partner KSI appear dressed as a mascot before, but very few people predicted Speed for the role.

Speed, a 19-year-old American, has 23.5 million subscribers on YouTube and more than 16 million followers on Instagram.
