Trinny Woodall showed off her jaw-dropping abs in a pink sports bra and maroon leggings as she held an online yoga class on Instagram on Tuesday.
The style guru, 59, looked nothing short of sensational in the two-piece gym set as she took part in the home workout with a trainer.
She allowed her fans to join the exercise class as she revealed how she stays fit and healthy despite feeling exhausted after just “a few hours of sleep.”
The TV star showed off her impressive flexibility as she stretched her legs with a strap while lying on the floor.
Trinny later took part in yoga moves including bridges, downward facing dog, and practiced breathing exercises.

She wrote, “If you’ve woken up but slept very few hours, or if you’re generally feeling a little run down, join us today.
“Victoria is going to take us on a journey to feel more balance in our bodies, and if you manage to stay till the end, I’ll introduce you to my one minute bunny hop!!!!!”
Her latest post comes months after Trinny reported in April that she had split from millionaire partner Charles Saatchi, 79.
Friends close to Trinny claim that her 20-year age difference with Charles caused problems in their relationship.

She posted, “It’s a new day, it’s a new dawn, it’s a new life.” She added, “I moved, but now I’ve moved.”
Saatchi, an advertising executive turned art collector, is said to be worth around £100 million. Trinny’s worth is unknown, but her beauty and skincare brand is said to be worth £180 million and rising.
He declined to comment at the time.
In a 2021 interview, Trinny said she had “grown up a lot” in the relationship, saying, “I don’t let myself get away with things, so if I have any kind of resentment, he’ll say, ‘Really, are you kidding me? ?’ And then I go upstairs and think, ‘Okay, now let me grow up.’
“I think that’s what happens when you’re with someone who’s been through a lot in their life, and there’s no one who supports my business and jobs anymore to be my champion.”
The pair began dating in 2013 after Saatchi’s first wife, Kay Hartenstein, reportedly drew up a short list of women he might want to date.
He had been single since divorcing food writer Nigella Lawson shortly after photos were published showing Saatchi holding her by the throat while having lunch at Scott’s in Mayfair.
He explained at the time that it was a “playful tiff” and accepted a police warning.
