Rapper Travis Scott is said to have punched a sound engineer in the face causing $12,000 in damage at a New York City nightclub last night.

Scott performed with Don Toliver, who has a weekly spot at Club Nebula, in the early hours of the morning. The videos show the couple performing to a packed crowd.

According to the NYPD, the victim was a 52-year-old man who did not require medical attention. Police officers were called to the scene at 3:25 am.

‘There was also a verbal dispute at that location which ended in $12,000 in damage to the equipment.

‘At this time, no warrant is issued and the suspect is not being sought. However, that may change,” a spokesperson told DailyMail.com.

Police sources say Scott struck the man with a “clenched fist” to the left side of the face and then damaged a video screen and speaker as he left the club.

Scott is still facing multiple lawsuits over the deaths of 10 people at his 2021 Astroworld concert.

Hundreds more were injured at the event, where the rapper was accused of whipping the crowd into a frenzy.

He insisted that he did “everything he could” to save the people who died. Scott was previously arrested for inciting riots at other shows.

Scott, who shares two children with Kylie Jenner, has yet to comment on the incident.

He and Kylie split again in January after spending the holidays together.

A source close to Jenner told DailyMail.com of the latest nightclub incident: “Travis’s anger issues are nothing new and were a big part of why he and Kylie broke up.”

He has broken out on several occasions and anyone who knows him knows his temper.

“This is nothing new and no one is surprised to learn that he got himself into this mess.”

The rapper had performed earlier in the evening with Don Toliver at a show at Irving Plaza.

They then took over the DJ booth at Nebula as part of their weekly Tuesday night party.

It is not clear if this latest incident will have anything to do with the civil lawsuits he faces.
