Travis Scott breaks his silence after arrest as his hilarious response to cops is revealed

Travis Scott was arrested overnight for allegedly causing a drunken altercation on a yacht in Florida – and his hilarious reaction during police questioning was captured in an affidavit seen by DailyMail.com.

Ten Miami Beach police officers were called to the marina just before 1 a.m. for reports of “a disturbance” involving people “fighting,” the department revealed. When they arrived, they found the Astroworld artist ‘yelling’ at people from the dock.

They arrested the 33-year-old rapper for two crimes: disorderly intoxication and trespassing in the marina.

The police questioned him if he had been drinking. Scott replied, “It’s Miami.”

He also responded to the night’s chaos with a series of light-hearted tweets to allay fans’ fears about his upcoming tour, and an edited version of his blurry mugshot was taken in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Scott wrote “lol” on X and shared his booking photo complete with photoshopped sunglasses and earphones via Instagram Stories.

He then told his fans that he will go ‘ham’ on his tour – which means ‘hard as fuck’.

Police said Scott had a “strong odor of alcohol” and had been “disturbing the peace” at the marina all night by “yelling” and “behaving erratically.”

He got into a ‘fight’ with people on a yacht in the marina, prompting police calls at 1.17am. Ten officers were dispatched to the scene to escort him back to his vehicle — “a long walk away,” according to the affidavit.

The Sicko Mode rapper could not be tamed and, according to the police, continued to shout obscenities at the ship all the way. When they arrived at his vehicle, he appeared to warn his security guard not to comply with the police.

Referring to his employee, Scott told officers, “If he gets in the vehicle, he’s going to have a fade,” the arrest document said.

He was eventually arrested and taken to the Miami-Dade Corrections facility, where his blue-eyed mugshot was taken.

Scott appeared to respond to his brush with the social media law at 8:45 a.m. Thursday with a tweet that simply read “lol”

The chaos comes just days before the launch of Scott’s international Circus Maximus stadium tour, which kicks off in the Netherlands on June 28.

After being released, he tweeted a second time to reassure fans that the tour was still going ahead. ‘Six days to circus Maximus tour. To be clear: I’m going. Ham,” Scott wrote on X.

A source familiar with the situation told DailyMail.com that the argument was verbal in nature and that there was “no physical altercation with anyone.”

“This was a raucous party and Travis already had bail set at a few hundred dollars. He’s already home, they said.

They added that “no further action” will be taken following the “minor incident” which they described as “similar to receiving a ticket with no injuries.”

Kylie and Travis first split in October 2019 after rekindling a romance in 2017. In February 2018, the two welcomed their first child, daughter Stormi, into the world.

Scott posted a $650 bond, including $500 for the misdemeanor and $150 for disorderly intoxication.

The rapper was recently spotted enjoying a family vacation in St Tropez with the children he shares with ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner – Stormi, six, and Aire, two.

A week earlier, he was involved in a skirmish with Jenner’s previous ex Tyga, 34, in Cannes, and he is also facing a civil lawsuit after 10 people were killed during an audience crowd at his 2021 concert.

Scott previously revealed that he was “devastated” by the Astroworld disaster, which occurred during the November 5, 2021 concert in Houston, Texas.

Travis and the 26-year-old founder of Kylie Cosmetics have been in an on-again, off-again relationship since 2017, but are currently not together.
