Travis Kelce has angered Taylor Swift’s fans by suggesting he may return to the stage on the Eras Tour – sooner rather than later.
NFL star Kelce brought the stage to a frenzy at Wembley Stadium last week on the third night of Swift’s sold-out Eras Tour show, when he took the stage as part of the backup dance crew.
As the 90,000-strong crowd screamed, he even lifted Swift off her feet and carried her across the stage.
Kelce spoke about the viral moment for the first time on the New Heights podcast on Wednesday, even hinting that this might not be his last tour performance.
“A big shout out to Tay for letting me storm her stage!” he said. “Who knows, maybe this won’t be the last time you see me dancing there.”
Travis Kelce surprised the crowd at Wembley by appearing on stage with his girlfriend Taylor Swift
At one point he even carried his girlfriend across the stage in front of 90,000 adoring fans
“You’ll just have to keep buying tickets to the Eras Tour and see if I magically appear from under the stage or something.”
In response, his brother Jason fired back, “A little teaser, huh? What’s he going to do now? What crazy antics is Taylor going to let him get away with this time?”
Travis responded, “Yeah, I warned her. I was like, ‘Look, once I get comfortable, I’m going to stop following the script and start freestyling.’#” It’s a Travis thing, you wouldn’t understand.”
Fans immediately took to social media to speculate on when the next game would take place, with many believing it will be sometime in the next three weeks, before Travis returns to Kansas City to begin training camp in preparation for the NFL season.
The couple, who are in love, are currently enjoying some downtime between Swift’s tour shows. Her next performance is on Thursday night in Amsterdam.
Kelce indicated that he may perform on stage with Swift again, and it could be as soon as this week

Kelce is expected to be a guest at the Johan Cruijff Arena for at least a few of the three nights. Taylor will then travel to Zurich and Milan before leaving for Germany in mid-July.
Training camp for Kelce and the Chiefs begins July 20, but he is expected to be back on stateside soil for the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament from July 10-14.
If he wants to appear on stage, he will have to do so in Amsterdam for the next three days, before flying back to America to improve his golf game.
After the tournament in Lake Tahoe, Kelce will have six days before returning to work. That means he could potentially travel back to Europe for the shows in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, on July 17, 18 and 19.
