Taylor Swift never went to college, so her boyfriend Travis Kelce is happy to adopt her into the University of Cincinnati family.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and UC alum reportedly had custom Bearcats basketball jerseys made of himself, Swift, and his older brother Jason, a Philadelphia Eagles center who also played collegiately at Cincinnati.
A sewing operator at Koch Sporting Goods in the Queen City claimed on Facebook that she received a custom order from Travis for several custom red basketball jerseys. The sleeveless Bearcats merchandise is red and features “Cincy” embroidered on the front with the team’s claw logo printed on the second “c.”
And of course, all three jerseys have their respective last names printed on the back.
The Facebook account has since been switched to ‘private’, but photos of the custom-made jerseys have been leaked to other social media platforms.

“Well today I received the order for Tavis (sic) Kelce,” read the message from seamstress Nancy Roth. “UC Jorden (sic) men’s basketball jerseys for him and his brother and two friends, and of course his girl.”
Swift’s custom jersey was given number 13, while Travis requested his usual number 87: his jersey number with the Chiefs.
If Swift hasn’t received the gift yet, she likely will in the near future as her Eras Tour takes a break before resuming in Tokyo in February.
Despite coming from opposite sides of the Buckeye State, the Cleveland-born Kelce brothers both chose to go to Cincinnati, where they helped bring the program to national prominence.

Both brothers were members of the 2009 Bearcats, who went 12-0 before falling to fifth-ranked Florida in the Sugar Bowl after head coach Brian Kelly left Cincinnati for Notre Dame after the regular season.
Of course, Cincinnati is best known as a basketball school, having won national titles in 1961 and 1962. The program features NBA greats such as Hall of Famers Oscar Robertson and Jack Twyman, as well as former NBA Draft pick Kenyon Martin.
But the real reason for the gift could be an upcoming Bearcats basketball game in Lawrence, Kansas, about 40 minutes from Kansas City, Missouri.
As some have speculated online, UC has a Big 12 conference game against the Jayhawks on Jan. 22, when Swift is expected to return home from her tour. Even if Travis’ Chiefs are still in the playoffs, the game is on a Monday and could provide the couple with an exciting date night in their new custom Bearcats jerseys.
Interestingly, the UC bookstore is now selling Kelce replica jerseys as both brothers enjoy a renewed wave of national attention.
