As Luke Littler takes the darts world by storm at the age of 16, footage has emerged of NFL star Travis Kelce opening up about his love for the sport.
Teenager Littler was narrowly defeated in the final of the World Darts Championship and would have won $600,000 (£500,000) in prize money if he emerged victorious at Alexandra Palace in London.
And although the sport is not often seen on television in the United States, Littler's success has not gone unnoticed.
It has led to a clip from Travis Kelce's New Heights episode resurfacing, in which the Kansas City Chiefs star – Taylor Swift's boyfriend – talks about how much he loves the game after a visit to Germany.
Shared on the New Heights TikTok channel in November when the Chiefs played the Dolphins in Germany.
A clip of Travis and Jason Kelce has surfaced during the final of the World Darts Championship
Luke Littler has taken the sport in England by storm by reaching the final at the age of 16
“I saw some guys playing darts, wanted to go in there and quickly realized I couldn't compete with these guys,” Kelce told his brother Jason.
'Really damn good. One thing I always wanted to do is go to a darts championship in Germany. Oh my God. Dude, have you seen these matches?'.
Jason jokingly shouted “180” back to his brother and said he was going to a tournament with Travis.
The current championship in London, unfortunately for the Kelce brothers, comes at a bad time for them given the schedule of the NFL season.
They both have one game left in the 17-game regular season this weekend before the playoffs begin.
As for darts, Littler's success even caught the attention of Pat McAfee, who praised the teenager on his show on Wednesday.
“I heard about Luke Littler from someone who sent me a post. Tree!' McAfee said with a clip of Littler defeating Rob Cross to book his place in Wednesday's final.
'This was to send him to the final of the World Dart Championship at Alexandra Palace in London. This guy is 16 years old right there, he's just beating this Cross guy up!'.
