Adam Sander left Travis Kelce laughing after telling the Kansas City Chiefs star how crazy his family went when he first started dating Taylor Swift.
Sandler appeared as a special guest on Kelce’s New Heights Podcast this week, after recently confirming that they will be working together on Happy Gilmore 2.
The NFL legend is set to make a cameo appearance in the sequel to the 1996 hit film, after previously being considered for a possible role in the film.
With filming set to begin in the coming weeks, Kelce invited Sandler to New Heights to talk about Happy Gilmore and a few other topics.
And one of them was, of course, Swift.

The acting legend revealed on Kelce’s podcast that Swift means “so much” to his family
Sander told a hilarious story in the podcast about how much the pop star means to his family. Travis and his brother Jason had a good laugh about it.
The acting icon told Kelce about his romance with Swift: “You guys are together, I mean… when you first started dating, my god was my family, like, ‘Yeah! Look how good they are together, he’s a gentleman! And she has so much fun with him!’
“Every time Taylor laughs with you, my whole family gives you a high five.”
Despite being one of the most famous actors in the world, Sandler has previously admitted that he gets nervous around Swift, calling her one of the few celebrities he truly loves.
He spoke about this during his performance in New Heights, explaining, “I get nervous around Taylor Swift sometimes because I don’t want to ruin it for my kids and say something stupid,” he said.
‘So I thought, “She means so much to my f***ing house, I have to say the right thing!”‘

Swift’s loyal fans still haven’t tired of speculating about Kelce getting down on one knee and proposing to their beloved singer.
On the eve of the new season, NFL insider Adam Schefter hinted that Travis may have purchased an engagement ring, just over a year after his romance with Taylor began.
Schefter, one of the most renowned reporters in sports, humorously questioned ESPN anchor Laura Rutledge when she responded to the news that Kelce had bought a racehorse with a Swift-like name. She joked that he hadn’t bought a ring yet.
“Wait, I have a question,” he said. “Laura, how do you know Travis Kelce didn’t buy an engagement ring?”
Rutledge replied, “I don’t know. Do you know? Are you going to make any big news here?”

Scheftler paused in his speech and then said shyly, “I’m just saying that you said he didn’t buy an engagement ring, and I’m wondering where you got that information.”
Two-time NFL champion Booger McFarland then said, “Whoah, whoah, whoah… the awkward silence there says it all. Schefty, do you know something?
“America wants to know.”
But Schefter replied, “I just asked a question about how Laura knew he didn’t buy an engagement ring. That’s all I did.”
