Travis Kelce had a crazed fan knocking on the window of his gated $6million Kansas City mansion the first day he moved in, reveals brother Jason – and says they are still adjusting to their new fame since Chiefs star began dating Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce had a crazed fan who knocked on the window of his $6million mansion the day he moved in, his brother Jason has revealed as he opened up about the impact of their Taylor Swift-inspired fame on everyday life.

Jason spoke candidly about how things have changed for him and Travis since the Chiefs star publicly dated Swift in September during an appearance on Shaquille O’Neal’s “The Big Podcast.”

Kelce, now a three-time Super Bowl winner, moved into the mansion, in a gated community in Kansas City, in October amid reports that he felt uneasy about how accessible his old home was to the public as his fame grew.

Swift raced back from Japan on Sunday night to cheer on Travis in the Super Bowl as the Chiefs posted a 25-22 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas. After the match, the couple kissed on the pitch before partying the night away on The Strip, with images going viral around the world.

“I’ve learned that fame is crazy,” Jason said. ‘It’s amazing what it offers in terms of opportunities. It’s crazy to feel how much joy you bring to people, how much joy you bring to people’s everyday lives.

‘It’s also incredible, it certainly has disadvantages. And Travis knows more than I do.

‘People just stayed at his house. And the first day he moved into the new house, in a gated community, someone knocked on the back window of the house.”

Jason added that he and his brother are still adjusting to the increased attention on them.

‘We’re still learning. “I mean, so listen, we’ve always been big in the football world, especially Travis,” he said.

“Taylor World and the world of pop culture, that’s a whole other level. You’re in a different one, it’s just an extra level, it’s a new demographic that wasn’t there before.”

Travis’ $6 million mansion features six bedrooms, six bathrooms and spreads over 17,000 square feet.

The property’s three acres of grounds feature picturesque leafy gardens that hide the house from view. The extensive grounds are complete with bridges, winding paths, a gazebo, patio and seating areas for lounging around the pool.

Jason is very close to his brother Travis and has seen his own fame rise as a result of the relationship with Swift.

Together they host their New Heights podcast, in which Travis opened up to Jason about his relationship with Swift during the NFL season.

Travis wears the number 87 for the Chiefs because this is the year Jason was born.

Jason first met Taylor when the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills on their way to Super Bowl glory.

When Travis scored the first of his two touchdowns in the game, Jason stripped to his waist and jumped out of the VIP suite he shared with the singer before drinking beers with fans.

“Tay said she absolutely loved you,” Travis said as Jason hilariously told the story during their New Heights show.
