Travis Kelce fails to crack top three players with best 2023 NFL jersey sales, despite Taylor Swift romance, while retired brother Jason beats him… but who’s the new No. 1?
Even now that he’s retired, Jason Kelce still manages to find a way to give his brother Travis an edge in NFL-related fields.
It was recently revealed that Jason is the second best player in the NFL when it comes to individual merchandise sales.
That was better than his younger brother, who came fourth on the list. Jason was also the only lineman – on both offense and defense – to make the top ten.
Between Jason and Travis, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes ranked third on the list.
Just as Travis was under his quarterback, Jason was under his – with Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts coming in at No. 1 on the list of top individual merchandise sellers last season.
Jason Kelce (L) came in at number 2 on the individual player merchandise sales list, while his brother Travis Kelce didn’t even finish in the top three – coming in at number four
Meanwhile, the Eagles’ No. 1 pick, Jalen Hurts, came in at No. 1 overall in individual merchandise sales
Rounding out the top five was San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey – the only RB in the top ten overall.
Coming in at numbers six and seven were a pair of quarterbacks who were injured last season: Aaron Rodgers of the New York Jets and Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, respectively.
Following them was Brock Purdy at No. 8 — the quarterback who finished second to Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII.
After him at No. 9, the only defensive player on this list was: Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons.
Rounding out the top ten was another player who suffered a midseason injury: Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson.
