Travis Kelce has opened up about the Chiefs’ full 2024 NFL season schedule, describing it as “aggressive” amid Kansas City’s bid for an unprecedented three-peat.
Travis, 34, revealed his thoughts on what’s to come this fall on Friday’s episode of his “New Heights” podcast and admitted he’s not a fan of early bye weeks, referencing the Chiefs’ 13 days of rest between games Through. against the New Orleans Saints on October 7 and the San Francisco 49es on October 20 in Week 6.

Travis almost immediately changed his mindset to a challenging one and made it clear that he is up for the challenge.
“It’s always fun to watch the games,” he said. “I think we have a lot of games that we can play in prime time. I know they may not all be on the night, but we do play the Friday after Thanksgiving, which in my mind would be a primetime game. Even if it is during the day, and at Christmas.
‘I think that was a daytime game, but at the same time it’s a Christmas game and when you play at Christmas everyone is watching the TV.
“I’m excited man, I get to play a lot in front of the whole world, you know, and on top of that we got the first two games of the season [that] Are [against] two of the biggest teams in the NFL and that’s exciting to get excited early,” the three-time Super Bowl-winning tight end added.

Travis is referring to the Chiefs’ season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, which will be a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship game – and the Cincinnati Bengals – a game that continually lives up to its hype due to the rivalry between quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow.

‘The only day of the week you won’t be playing a football match this year is a Tuesday. You play Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday,” Jason said at one point on the podcast.
Funny as always, Travis replied, “Yes, fortunately, because then we record this podcast.”
