Travis Kelce has called girlfriend Taylor Swift ‘the biggest and best thing possible’ after speaking about his whirlwind trip to see her in Australia last month.
The NFL star touched down in Sydney on February 22 to meet his pop star girlfriend after his Super Bowl win with the Kansas City Chiefs and see her perform at one of her Eras Tour shows.
The A-list couple were also photographed on a day out at the Sydney Zoo before Kelce took his place at Accor Stadium to watch his girlfriend perform in front of another sell-out crowd.
The couple reportedly stayed together at the luxury Crown Towers hotel in a suite costing more than $16,300 USD ($25,000 AUD).
However, the couple’s reunion was short and sweet as Kelce boarded a flight just a few days later to return to the US for more celebrations with the Chiefs in Las Vegas.

The reunion in Australia came less than two weeks after Swift watched Kelce win the Super Bowl
Speaking on the latest episode of their New Heights podcastKelce praised his lover’s talent and admitted he had a great time Down Under.
When asked by brother Jason ‘what the hell is your life like right now?’, Kelce said: ‘Well dude, it’s a wild ride. I’ll tell you this: Australia did not disappoint.
“I’ve only been to Sydney, I have a lot of friends that I’ve met over the years who are in Melbourne and definitely want to get out and see you guys and see what Melbourne has to offer.
“But Sydney was a beautiful city, similar to Miami, a lot of intercoastal. It was cool to see how the country was laid out there, let alone the zoo and seeing the exotic animals.”
Jason interrupted his brother and asked how the couple was depicted walking through the zoo together.
Kelce continued, “There were loads of helicopters flying around.
‘They transported us by helicopter, well, not us. This is all because Taylor is the biggest and best thing possible.”
Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce touched down in Sydney on Thursday morning and the Style singer wasted no time in showing him around the Harbor City. Both
It seems Taylor, 34, was so in love with her visit to the Sydney Zoo last Wednesday that she opted to take her man straight to the Australian wildlife park

Swift and Kelce’s visit to Sydney Zoo was criticized by animal rights group PETA.
The animal rights nonprofit released a statement saying the couple should instead “spend their time and money on a real sanctuary.”
Speaking about their day out together, Kelce said: ‘One of my favorite things: the zookeeper showing us the red panda, we got to go into a cage and see the panda in the panda area.
‘And they said, “Okay, make sure the door is closed when you get out. Close it quick, because they’re escape artists” and I thought this thing got so many brownie points from me. These things are escape artists.”
Speaking further about their encounter with lions, Kelce said: “Dude, when you hear that roar – Taylor takes a picture and you see three of them running from their spot, knowing they’re about to be fed, you see how fast and agile that thing is, it’s over.
“You could tell there was like a big bad guy – I thought damn, that’s a bad guy right there. It was fun.’

Fans shouted and waved as he walked by, with the tight end waving back at the Swifties
TikTok users were quick to praise Kelce for the sweet act, with one commenting: ‘So nice of him to always join in with the Swifties’ (Kelce is pictured with Rita Ora on the show)
One clip from the Eras Tour show showed a grinning Kelce trading friendship bracelets with Swifties. In another, he waved at screaming fans as he walked by.
Later in the show, Swift got an encore of her modified “Karma” lyrics, in which she once again sang “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs” instead of “guy on the screen.”
Speaking about the show, Kelce said: “Sydney did not disappoint. The crowds there are already loud, they were just a little louder than the Argentinian crowd.
‘I didn’t expect that, because Argentina was damn loud. They were looking forward to it, just like Sydney.
‘Taylor really enjoys performing in Australia because of the crowds there and the way they get into it.’
When Jason pointed out that there were a number of Kelce jerseys in the crowd, Travis responded, “There were a few. There’s a good American football crowd and Taylor fans, I think they wanted to show their support.
“It’s pretty cool to have your jersey worn, even if it’s just one day or at a football game.”
