Travis Kelce arrives in bizarre outfit for Chiefs vs Panthers after sending angry warning to his team

Travis Kelce is in the building as the Kansas City Chiefs try to return to winning ways against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

Kelce rolled into Bank of America Stadium in one of his more eccentric outfits of the season: a bucket hat, sunglasses, beige pants and plaid overshirt in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Unsurprisingly, however, the Chiefs themselves praised Kelce’s appearance when they shared a photo of his arrival with the caption: “Always a trendsetter, @tkelce.”

The Chiefs lost for the first time last week to the Buffalo Bills, with Josh Allen leading his team to a 30-21 victory against the Super Bowl champions.

Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift is not expected to attend the game. She performed in Canada last night and often stayed away from Chiefs road games. Kelce’s father, Ed, was at the show Saturday night.

Speaking about New Heights after the Bills loss, Kelce said his teammates need to step up and get back to winning ways immediately.

“I don’t care how your body feels, I don’t care where your mentality is off the field,” he said.

“When you walk into that building, we’re here to figure it out. We are here to get better as football players for the football team.

“That’s a future mentality that everyone needs to be a part of, from the top down, including myself.

“I have to be the leader that I have been in the past and hold myself accountable so that everyone sees how it should be done.”

Kelce struggled against the Bills and had two receptions for just eight yards.

But the Chiefs are heavy favorites to beat the Panthers, who are 3-8 in what has been another tough season.

Andy Reid’s team is 9-1 and a road win today would make them the first team to reach 10 wins.

And it’s a shorter turnaround for Kelce and his team after Sunday’s game.

They will play division rival Las Vegas Raiders on Friday at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

Off the football field, it was also a big week for the Kelce family, with it announced that Travis will soon become an uncle for the fourth time.

His older brother Jason and his wife Kylie announced this week that they are getting ready to welcome a fourth girl to their family.
