Travis Kelce arrives for Chiefs vs Raiders showdown while Taylor Swift performs in New Orleans

Travis Kelce has arrived at Allegiant Stadium to take on the Las Vegas Raiders, the last team to beat the Kansas City Chiefs.

It comes as his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, performs her third and final show of the weekend in New Orleans on the final leg of the Eras Tour.

Kelce has yet to score a touchdown for the Chiefs so far this season, but his team enters today’s game with an undefeated 6-0 record, chasing a historic third straight Super Bowl title.

Last season, the Raiders defeated the Chiefs in Arrowhead on Christmas Day. It was a disastrous performance by Kansas City – Kelce even slammed his helmet on the ground in anger at one point – but it led to a resurgence in Andy Reid’s team, propelling them to Super Bowl glory.

The Chiefs haven’t lost since that day, but Kelce isn’t getting complacent.

Last week, when the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of last season’s Super Bowl, Kelce immediately sent a warning to his teammates as attention turned to the Raiders.

“I think we figured out last year that if we don’t have the right mentality going into this game, this team can beat us,” Kelce said.

“That’s every team in the NFL, but this AFC West division rivalry is always a big game no matter who we play in the division. The Raiders are always a tough opponent.

“It’s about us, it’s about us getting better throughout the year,” Kelce said. “The message (before the 49ers game) was to go out and play together.

“There are a lot of questions about what we can do offensively with the guys we have. We showed everyone that we can score points today.

“I love every guy on this team. That’s our mentality: next man up. Everyone feels their role, they want that opportunity to come out and show the world that we have everyone here that we need to win a championship.”
