Travis Kelce appeared to jokingly wear a Secret Service badge on his blazer as he visited the White House on Friday to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs winning the Super Bowl again.
The 34-year-old Chiefs star was invited by President Biden to take the microphone on the trip Friday afternoon, after Biden delivered remarks on the South Lawn of the White House about the team’s success and the tragedy of the shooting in the Chiefs Super Bowl. which ended with the death of one woman and injuries to 22 others.
After giving his speech, the president joked, “I would have Travis come here, but God only knows what he would say,” before inviting Kelce to the microphone anyway.
“My fellow Americans, it’s nice to see you all again,” Kelce briefly joked — a flashback to the year before, when he tried to grab the microphone at the event.
“I’m not going to lie, President Biden. They told me if I came here I would get a bag, so I’m going back to my spot,” Kelce said before shaking Biden’s hand.

Coach Andy Reid speculated that Biden may have been the first president to wear an NFL helmet.
“You all witnessed it. History is being made,” said Reid, who appeared with Mahomes.
It is a longstanding tradition for championship sports teams to be invited to the White House and it is the second year in a row that the Chiefs have made the trip to Washington DC.
