Barker also revealed in November that his son Rocky 13 was named after an influential musician.
“Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies,” he explained the meaning behind the name during an episode of Complex's “GOAT Talk” video series.
He added that the name was also a tribute to Best Picture winner Rocky, which he called “the best boxing movie of all time.”
He added that 13 is the middle name because “13 is simply the greatest number of all time.”
The Instagram story also comes just a few days after Barker's wife Kourtney opened up about her postpartum journey.
'Kourtney wrote about the video that she was 'doing the most important job in the world…being a mother: keeping my body alive, breastfeeding on demand means keeping the calories high with lots of nutritious food.'
She noted that she was “taking the time to slowly get back into some uphill walks on the treadmill when I could sneak them in, along with my walks outside in the stroller.”
In the spirit of holiday generosity, she concluded her message by encouraging her 224 million Instagram followers to “be kind to yourself.”

Kourtney had come over three days earlier her Insta Stories to indicate that she was starting her 'first day at the gym' since giving birth.
She indicated that she would leave comfortably at 10.25am and made it clear to her followers that she was 'taking it easy'.
Kourtney, who now has four children, directed her following comments to her fellow moms: “no rush, no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it's not a race.”
She did provide some details about the content of her last training session, stating that she “ran for 30 minutes at a 3.0 12.0 incline.”
Her latest update comes just weeks after she revealed that she ingests her placenta after the birth of her fourth child.
