TRANSFER GOSSIP: David de Gea ‘turns down chance to replace Andre Onana at Inter Milan’ after leaving Man United as Arsenal and Tottenham go head to head for Premier League midfielder
The Premier League season is now just over three weeks away and pressure is mounting on teams to get their squads in shape so they can get started.

Arsenal have already secured deals for Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber to chase Manchester City next season, while Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham have also expanded their squads to bounce back from disappointing campaigns.
And there’s a lot more transfer activity planned for the coming weeks.
