TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, who has been documenting his gender transition on social media, led the celebs at PFLAG’s 50th Anniversary Gala on Friday.

Held at The New York Marriott Marquis on Broadway, the event hosted a number of showbiz figures walking the red carpet.

The organization’s name originally stood for Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, a title under which it operated for more than 40 years.

However, nine years ago, its name was changed to simply PFLAG, without the initials standing for anything, to be more inclusive.

Dylan, 26, made a splash as she walked the red carpet, showing off some leg in a daring, high-cut blue dress that sparkled under the lights.
