A transgender police officer who allegedly attacked two colleagues with a penis pump after drugging them has been elected as a women’s representative on her force.
Judy S., 27, has been suspended since allegations emerged that she brought two male colleagues to her apartment to use drugs and have sex before assaulting them earlier this month.
The men reported suffering serious injuries, including to their genitals, from the alleged attack with a penis pump “among other things,” as reported by the German newspaper Image.
Judy S. had recently run for deputy women’s representative in the Berlin police and the election results were only announced after she had already been suspended.
The transgender policewoman received 638 votes, which gave her a second deputy women’s representative.
She now has at least a week to accept the election and if she takes on the role, she will be appointed if the first alternate is unable to attend.
“This is something that many colleagues find offensive, especially because of the investigations against her,” one female officer said Image.
Judy S. is the first transgender woman to run for office in the Berlin police force, but her colleagues are now concerned that she did not make her gender identity change public during the election.

‘It would have been fair if she had spoken about it openly. How should I, as a woman, talk to a woman born as a man about my menstrual problems or my problems during menopause? She doesn’t understand that at all,” the officer said.
The woman added that Judy S. did not have to announce the change in her gender identity, but that transparency “would have been nice” if she was running for a top position.
The men, who worked with Judy S. in the federal police, claim that they did not use cocaine, but suddenly became “very drunk” and “were unable to act in the apartment”, according to information seen by Bild .
The alleged victims may have seen Judy S.’s campaign posters after the alleged assault, as the election campaign continued until November 20 – more than a week after the allegations were reported.
Police raids Judy S.’s home in Berlin on November 11 after the two men, unnamed, referred the incident to the police and filed a complaint.
They claimed to have been drugged and sexually assaulted in the apartment, police said on November 12.
Other people had reportedly joined them in the flat when the crime allegedly took place.
Police later reported finding cocaine in Judy S.’s apartment.
The KitKat Club in Berlin is described as a ‘landmark’ for the city
“The search was successful,” police confirmed, sharing few details about the events.
Judy S. is said to have met the two men one evening in early November at the KitKatClub in Berlin.
At the time of their ‘drugs and sex’ date, they were unaware that Judy S. had changed her gender identity, Bild reports.
The KitKat club was founded in 1994 by teetotaler astrologer/pornographic filmmaker Simon Thaur.
Early advertisements for the club boasted a “bizarre and grotesque” experience.
The club has been described as a ‘landmark’ for the city and is said to have hosted many famous names over the years, including Kate Moss and Robert Pattinson. Playful.
The dress code is given as ‘fetish, latex and leather, uniform, kinky, glitter and glamour, elegant evening wear, bag and ashes’, according to the Irish times.
Smartphones are reportedly banned and patrons have openly had sex in the venue.
A spokesperson for the Berlin Police said no further details could be shared, citing data protection and personal rights.
