Traitors fans convinced there is a second SECRET relationship on the show as they share all of their theories over who is hiding their connection
The Traitors has become known for its shocking plot twists, including a secret relationship between a couple and mother and son in previous series.
Previous contestants have chosen to keep their relationships hidden from their co-stars for part or all of their stay in the castle.
But at the start of series three, Maia and Armani revealed they were sisters and chose to tell the rest of the cast about their siblings’ connection.
Since the BBC show started last week, fans have become convinced that the sisters aren’t the only couple who knew each other before the show.
Not only have the participants become detectives, but the viewers have also become super sleuths as they share theories about connections the Faithfuls missed.
Online investigators have suggested it may be a grandmother and grandson, as well as a mother and son hiding in plain sight.

Others have speculated that two of the men may be brothers, while another couple is a secret couple and has a son and mother-in-law relationship.
Daan and Linda
Viewers have claimed that they think Dan could be Linda’s grandson.
They noted that the two quickly formed a bond from the show’s first episode and that Dan is often found by her side during discussions in the castle.
Fans have said that Dan often supports Linda during conversations, especially when she was under fire in the early episodes.
While it may be suggested that they would separate to hide their relationship, that wouldn’t be necessary if no one has clocked their closeness.
Retired opera singer Linda lives in Hertfordshire, while Dan lives in Liverpool, but the distance between them doesn’t necessarily mean they can’t be related.
Dan and Joe clashed on the show’s most recent episode, but some have suggested that the familiarity between the pair could suggest a previous bond.
Lisa and Alex
Another theory circulating online is that Anglian priest Lisa, who is from Cornwall, is related to care manager Alex from Whitby.
Lisa, who has yet to reveal her profession to the rest of the cast, bears a striking resemblance to Alex, but others are convinced she could actually be his mother-in-law.
Alex previously shared that he watched the first series of the show with his mother-in-law, who thought he would do well in the games.
In a Reddit thread, one person speculated, “These two must be related, right?”
Another fan of the BBC show added: ‘I saw a comment on Reddit last week saying they are the only two contestants whose social media is private (haven’t checked that myself); if that’s the case, I’d say that’s a hell of a shout out.”

Daan and Joe
Dan and Joe clashed on the show’s most recent episode, but some have suggested that the familiarity between the pair could suggest a previous bond.
While some claim they think Dan and Joe are in a relationship, others have said they think the two men could be brothers.
Dan’s dramatic look at Joe during Wednesday’s episode was an expression only an irritated sibling would pull during a family argument.
Their bickering hasn’t gone unnoticed by viewers who claimed the ease with which they argue suggests a connection already exists.

And: ‘Do you think there are more relationships in the house? Dan and Joe looked and sounded the same a minute ago!? And Frankie also looks like she could be related to Joe…hmm’

Frankie and Freddie
Frankie and Freddie have fueled speculation that they could be mother and son.
Their close bond has won the hearts of viewers, but has also led them to believe that they may already know each other outside of the show.
After Freddie burst into tears during the roundtable discussion, he was wrapped in a warm hug by Frankie, who reassured him “it’s just a game.”
Frankie previously said that Freddie ‘reminded her of her own son’, who is similar in age – but he may actually be her son.

Charlotte and Alexander
Alexander returned to the show on Wednesday night after hastily leaving the program shortly after the first episode by sacrificing his seat on the train.
He returned to screens in a huge hanging cage and his co-stars had to win coins to pay for his release.
When Charlotte handed him a coin, she gave Alexander a wide smile as she dropped a coin in to lower him.
Viewers noted that he seemingly overcompensated by shouting “thanks, I don’t know you but thanks.”
Charlotte is currently pretending to have a Welsh accent and has led her co-stars to believe she is from South Wales.
She actually has a posh English accent and Alexander speaks equally well to both of them living in London.
