‘Train Karen’ Brianna Pinnix emerges from her Manhattan apartment for the first time since drunkenly berating German tourists on NJ train and telling them to ‘get the f**k out of my country’
The ‘Train Karen’ Brianna Pinnix was spotted outside her Manhattan apartment on Monday, in her first public appearance since going viral for drunkenly insulting German tourists on the subway.
The high-flying recruitment specialist has lost her job at pharmacy giant Capital Rx after footage of her screaming abuse at passengers on a New Jersey Transit train went viral.
Pinnix was seen outside her Manhattan residence in a white hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses and Beats headphones.
She lives in Yorkville, ironically a historic German immigrant neighborhood, with many German beer halls and slaughterhouses.
The former pharmaceutical employee has since been accused of a further xenophobic tirade against a Scottish boss.

During the confrontation, Pinnix, who appeared drunk, is seen becoming increasingly aggressive towards the group of young travellers, asking where they are from before shouting ‘don’t let immigrants take over our country…how about you get the f*** out of our country.’
After her identity was revealed by DailyMail.com, Capital Rx said in a statement that the “company has a zero-tolerance policy on bias or discriminatory behavior.”
‘After reviewing the circumstances, we took immediate action and terminated the employee in question.
‘The former employee’s actions and words are not representative of Capital Rx, and we offer our sincere apologies to those who were hurt.’
In the video, which has been widely shared on social media, the tourists appeared to take the incident in good humour, with only one getting out of their seat and appearing visibly annoyed before calmly sitting back down moments later.
It is unclear what led to the confrontation or what comments were made to Pinnix.
Pinnix declined an interview request to explain her perspective and provide context on the situation when reached by DailyMail.com.
A male companion, who does not appear to be Pinnix’s British husband, tried to diffuse the situation.

In a recent viral video, Pinnix became increasingly aggressive before shouting ‘don’t let immigrants take over our country…how about you get the f**k out of our country’
‘Brie, don’t do it. You could be arrested’ pleaded the man, as he took her by the arm and tried to convince her that the group of men were ‘having a private conversation’ and were not trying to start a conflict.
“Babe, I love you, but get off me,” an increasingly upset Pinnix tells the man as she continues to insult the tourists.
“Stop right now, sit down or I’ll never talk to you again” he threatens.
Pinnix eventually takes her seat only to stand up again, much to the frustration of the male companion who tells her: ‘I’m an immigrant too, you know that right.’
New Jersey Transit told DailyMail.com the company “strongly condemns any behavior of this type” and its customers are “encouraged to report incidents of this nature to train crew members, or they can go to the NJ TRANSIT Police issue’.
It was later revealed that Pinnix was accused of a second xenophobic attack for calling her former boss a ‘Scottish s***’ and telling him she ‘hoped he would be deported’.
A former colleague described Pinnix as ‘aggressive’ and ‘not a good drunk’, explaining to DailyMail.com that the distasteful comments were made during a work dispute with Jack Lockerbie during a Teams call during the pandemic.
The colleague, who worked with Pinnix between 2019 and 2022, recalled that she was an ‘HR nightmare’ that colleagues dreaded dealing with.
‘Brianna was not a good drunk, there were always tears and shouting when she drank at work events.
“It got to the point where she was banned from work social events.”

The former InterQuest colleague, who did not want to be named, explained that Pinnix, 30, then made a TikTok video series about the former boss, claiming he was ‘gaslit’ her.
‘None of us who used to work with her were surprised by this video. There was frequent aggressive, angry behavior, she was just caught out this time,’ he said.
DailyMail.com contacted Lockerbie for comment on the claims but did not immediately hear back.
