A New Zealand rugby club is in shock after young player Brook Wilson suffered a medical condition and died while warming up for a game of touch footy.
The popular 18-year-old died suddenly on November 5 as he prepared to take the field at Woodend Rugby Club in North Canterbury.

A local quiz team that Brook was part of has organized an event in his honor and Dylan Schaare, a friend of Brook’s, said the quiz will be dedicated to him and his heartbroken family.
Woodend Rugby Club chairman Mark Paterson has posted on social media about the sadness club members are feeling.
“Our sincere condolences go out to Brook’s family and friends at this difficult time,” Paterson said.
