Tragedy when a six-year-old boy is killed in a horrific car accident just days before Christmas, while another boy inside the car miraculously survives the accident.
A child died just days before Christmas after the vehicle he was traveling in rolled down a regional highway in southwestern New South Wales, and another child miraculously survived the crash.
Emergency services responded to the accident on Moulamein Road, Moulamein, some 110km northwest of Deniliquin, on Thursday just before 12:00pm.
NSW Police said they found a Toyota Hilux with significant damage.
Another four-year-old boy who was traveling in the vehicle survived the accident and was rushed to Royal Melbourne Children’s Hospital by air ambulance.
The driver, a 31-year-old man, was taken to the hospital for mandatory tests.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
