A mother of two has died after a devastating accident at her business.
Thuy Le, 49, was found unconscious at the Erskine Park Bakery in Erskine Park, in Sydney's west, about 9am on Saturday.
After being treated by paramedics, she was taken to Nepean Hospital where she died.
Ms Le was electrocuted at the bakery, located on the corner of Swallow Drive and Peppertree Drive.

However, it is not known exactly what happened in the store, says her daughter Leanne Le 7News.
She described her mother as the “sweetest and kindest person.”
Mrs. Le owned the bakery together with her husband Phong.
Customers and locals were saddened by the sudden loss and paid tribute to the employee on the company's Facebook page.
One commented: 'So sad to hear she has passed away, I'm heartbroken.'
Another wrote: 'What a beautiful soul, rest in peace.'
'I'm so sorry. Just heartbreaking,” another added.
Thuy's death is currently under investigation by SafeWork NSW.
“SafeWork NSW is investigating and further comment is not available at this time,” a spokesperson said.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
