Tracee Ellis Ross is spotted heading home to enjoy her Easter Sunday after a workout session

Tracee Ellis Ross was spotted leaving her gym in Los Angeles on Easter Sunday.

The 50-year-old daughter of Grammy winner Diana Ross wore blue leggings and a white sleeveless T-shirt with a black sweatshirt tied around her waist.

The Girlfriends star pulled her hair back into a high bun, showing off her naturally flawless complexion sans makeup.

The blackish alum carried a green water bottle and carried a black purse over her arm as she walked across the parking lot.

On Tuesday, the actress showed off the results of her workout sessions in a carousel of sultry snaps on her Instagram account.

Ross showed off her fit physique in a simple ribbed one-piece suit as she reclined in a pool chair with her arm over her face to block the sun.

She wore oversized glasses in the moody black and white shots as she relaxed with her arms behind her head as she soaked up the sun.

In January, Tracee appeared on the Today Show to discuss her hair care line and how she felt about turning 50.

The actress turned entrepreneur launched her line of hair care products for curly hair called Pattern Beauty in 2019 after years of struggling to find the right way to style and use heat on her hair.

The collection of shampoos is a curl-friendly line, complete with conditioners, gels, creams, tools and more.

On the website, she wrote, “This has been 20 years of dreaming, 10 years in the making (I wrote my first brand pitch in 2008 right after Girlfriends), 2 years working with chemists and 74 samples later.”

The actress then said, “This is a brand that puts together all the pieces I’ve been looking for: the line of hair care and styling tools I wish had been around forever.”

The conversation then turned to the events of this “season” of her life after turning 50 and the success of her acting career.

“This feels like a wonderful new chapter. A lot of it was brewing and the seeds were planted during my pre-50 years, during my time on Black-ish. Pattern is clear now that we are three years old.”

She continued, “But for me it’s really about discovering who I am, and I couldn’t be happier.”

Tracee talked about her new series on Hulu titled Hair Tales, a docuseries about black women and their humanity told through the metaphor of their hair.

“We interviewed a remarkable person in each episode, but we were surrounded by academics, scientists, and people at the salon who really talked about the beauty, the party, and the joy of who we are,” Tracee said of the show.

Tracee is known for her critically acclaimed TV roles on the shows Black-ish, Girlfriends and CSI.

Since 2014, Ross has played the lead role of Dr. Rainbow Johnson in the ABC comedy series Black-ish, a show that follows an upper-middle-class black family as they juggle various personal and socio-political issues.

Her work on the series has earned her three NAACP Image Awards and a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Musical or Comedy.
