Jordan Brook has unveiled his stunning New Year’s body transformation on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old TOWIE star took to Instagram and shared before and after photos of embarking on a new fitness routine.

Jordan posted a black and white photo of himself taken in recent days showing off his new gym-honed physique.

The reality star also shared an undated shirtless photo that he said was taken in “the good old days” along with a beer emoji.

Jordan, who is in a relationship with Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei, said he had “come a long way” since the first photo.

Keeping her motivated for the new year, she wrote next to the January snap: ‘2023 we move’.

It comes after Jordan and Sophie were super smitten this week as they spent Christmas and Boxing Day together, just days after confirming their romance on social media.

Spending their first Christmas together, the new couple were joined by Sophie’s friend Marnie Simpson and her fiancé Casey Johnson as they enjoyed a night of booze together.

“Merry Christmas from my family to yours,” Sophie wrote as she shared the image.

Pals Marnie and Casey joined the couple for the special day as the group enjoyed a day filled with drinks, fun and karaoke.

Jordan and Sophie confirmed their romance before Christmas after weeks of hinting they were together.

The couple shared a joint post of a video montage of clips to their respective Instagram accounts, as Sophie wrote: “Just when I was about to give up on love, you came into my life and showed me what a true gentleman is and the true love”.
