She completed the stylish ensemble with blue cowboy boots and carried a Louis Vuitton handbag.

Ella recently revealed she has a new man in her life, and doesn’t think she’ll ever be single again.

She said ok! magazine: ‘No, I’m not single – I don’t think I ever will be. I kept this private for a long time.

“Now that I have my own house and a boyfriend, I’m thinking about starting a family and getting married.

“It’s headed that way now. I am very happy at this moment in my life.’

It comes after Ella and Pete Wicks appeared to have rekindled their flame when they were spotted enjoying a kiss and cozy hug after last year’s ITV Summer Party.

The blonde beauty and the tattooed twink had a steamy cuddle outside Stringfellows in central London after their brief romance on last year’s TOWIE series fizzled over their 11-year age gap.

Ella and Pete dominated the 2021 series of ITV’s The Only Way Is Essex with their undeniable chemistry.

The couple never made it official. The want-them-not-they couple then decided they were a better match as “flirty buddies” after they shared an off-screen kiss.

Her outing comes after she described her health struggles on Instagram following eye surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital.

She assured her fans that the surgery went well, but said she is still waiting for the biopsy results, which should tell medics whether the lump is a tumor or not.

Ella shared a photo of the growth on her eyelid prior to surgery and admitted she felt “sick” at the thought of the procedure.

She said in an accompanying caption, “Having surgery this morning to see what this huge bump on my eyelid is.

“I’m very nervous, I feel sick and I really don’t want to do it. I’m concerned because it’s near my eyes, but I also have complete confidence in Moorfields Eye Hospital.

“I don’t think I’ll be too active today, but I’ll let you know when I’m back in the room.”

Ella later posted from her hospital bed, sharing a photo of herself with a huge white bandage over one eye as she recovered from surgery.

She then updated fans about the procedure, assuring them that she was fine, but also admitted she had a panic attack due to her “nerves” prior to the surgery.

The reality star said her left eye will be paralyzed for two days because of the procedure and said she is waiting for the results to find out if the lump is a tumour.

She wrote, “My eye surgery went as it should, which is amazing! I went completely crazy when we went to the theater.

“I think maybe a mini panic attack where I was so nervous, but the Moorfields ladies couldn’t have been better.

“Go back in two weeks to see what the lump actually is and hopefully rule out what we don’t want it to be… Tumor or… I can’t even tell.

She said ok! magazine: ‘No, I’m not single – I don’t think I ever will be. I kept this private for a long time.’

“Right now my left eye is paralyzed and it’s the weirdest feeling ever – feels really heavy and obviously no movement or blinking for two days.

Ella went on to thank all her loved ones who sent her messages of support and urged other people to get any lumps checked.

“If anyone else has anything like mine or notices a lump that just keeps coming and going, please get it checked out, it’s so important to do that,” she concluded.
