Mario Falcone surprised his fans on Monday when he showed off the results of his recent cosmetic surgery.
The 36-year-old TOWIE star posted on Instagram about the recent eyelid surgery he underwent in June.
And fans had to do a double take as they claimed the reality star looked ‘completely different’.
Mario underwent surgery on his upper and lower eyelids, also known as upper and lower eyelid surgery.
While he asked his fans extensive questions about his procedure, they were shocked by the star’s different appearance.

In his comment some fans wrote: ‘Sounds like Mario, but you look so different’,
‘Wow, I would [100% emoji] said this wasn’t you!!’, ‘Jez I was so confused, you look so different’,
“Your wife has a new man, looks great,”
“Is that you? It doesn’t look like you.”
Earlier this year, Mario revealed that his biggest insecurity was his droopy eyes and that he has become increasingly self-conscious about his appearance.
On Instagram he said: ‘I’ve become very aware of my drooping eyelids over the past few years. I blame it on the kids. [laughing emoji]very happy with the results so far! Big thanks to @dr.carlodebbas.
Blepharoplasty is a cosmetic procedure that removes excess skin or fat from the eyelids. This changes the appearance of drooping eyelids or bags.
The surgery takes 45 minutes to 2.5 hours. Incisions are made along the natural lines of the eyelids and excess fat and skin is removed.
