TOWIE newcomer Hannah Voynan’s love interest Kirk Holdrick is on the run from the police after an altercation with her ex-boyfriend, MailOnline can reveal.

Kirk, 40, who once escaped prison after being convicted of armed robbery, is said to have seen Hannah occasionally in the past year.

The Essex mobster has now violated the terms of his license after an alleged altercation with Hannah’s ex and is wanted by police.

Police have released a statement asking anyone who knows where he is to contact them but have been warned not to approach him.

Kirk was pictured leaving the Sexy Fish restaurant in London in September, holding hands with Hannah, and friends of the reality star say they are in a long-lasting romance.

A source said: ‘Hannah is upset and confused at the moment. It’s a worrying time for everyone involved and she’s not getting any answers.’

Hannah took part in the ITVBe show in June this year, her biggest storyline was dating co-star Liam ‘Gatsby’ Blackwell.

Recent episodes have seen the 34-year-old Towie veteran taking the time to romance Hannah shortly before leaving the series.

However, sources close to Hannah claim that her relationship with Gatsby was never serious as she has been in a relationship with Kirk for over a year.

MailOnline has approached Hannah for comment.

Kirk, originally from Borehamwood, was arrested in May 2004 when he and an accomplice attempted to rob a Securicor vehicle at gunpoint.

Five months later, while in custody, he escaped Pentonville Prison, according to local news reports, by climbing a 30-foot wall and climbing through barbed wire.

He was caught driving a stolen vehicle and in possession of a firearm after four weeks on the run.

In October 2005, a Harrow Crown Court jury found Kirk guilty of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and possession of a loaded firearm. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.

According to reports, the verdict included armed robbery of a Securicor vehicle at Costco, Bushey and Wish Contemporary Jewelers in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, and his escape from Pentonville Prison.

Inspector Mark Drew, of the Finchley Flying Squad, said at the time: “Kirk Holdrick is a dangerous and determined criminal who has carried out what can only be described as armed robbery.”

After he violated the terms of his permit and fled, police issued a statement asking for information about his whereabouts.

Hannah isn’t the first Towie star to fall for a bad boy.

In 2017, Ferne McCann’s then-boyfriend Arthur Collins was sentenced to 20 years in prison after he threw acid at revelers in an east London nightclub as part of a gang war.

Sixteen people were injured from chemical burns and three people were temporarily blinded by what has been described as one of Britain’s worst acid attacks.

In the wake of his arrest, Ferne revealed she was expecting his baby and that she gave birth to her daughter in November – a month before her ex-partner was convicted.

Ferne’s former co-star Lauren Goodger dated Joey Morrison, who was sentenced to 16 years behind bars in 2010 after disguising himself as a postman and breaking into properties in North London’s Enfield.

Their relationship started while he was in prison and they broke up shortly before his release in 2018.

Gemma Collins was in a brief relationship with Stephen Mortimer between February 2015 and April 2016 before serving a two-year prison sentence for burglary.

He broke into a house in the middle of the afternoon and stole £100 worth of coins.

Mortimer had previously been released from a two-year prison sentence for GBH, but violated the terms of his license by moving to Gemma’s home in Brentwood.
