Tottenham are reportedly monitoring England U21 international Samuel Iling-Junior as they look to strengthen their weakened squad in the January window.

Ange Postecoglou’s brilliant start at the club came to a halt last week with a 4-1 defeat at home to Chelsea, followed by a last-minute defeat at Wolves.

The north London club also suffered major blows in terms of depth, with James Maddison and Micky van de Ven joining Richarlison for long spells on the sidelines.

Spurs will have to respond in the window and Juventus star Iling-Junior has caught their attention, according to The Independent.

The 20-year-old, a Chelsea youth product, joined Juve three years ago after attracting interest from a host of European clubs.
