Sections of Tottenham supporters appeared delighted after Erling Haaland scored to give Man City the lead in Tuesday’s Premier League match against Spurs, while some home fans cheered Poznan in the stands.
Before the match, the match was dominated by debate over whether Spurs wanted to beat City, knowing that a win over Pep Guardiola’s side would give rivals Arsenal the chance to win the Premier League title on the final day of the season.
Haaland opened the scoring after diving into Kevin de Bruyne’s cutbacks early in the second half, sparking wild celebrations among the City fans, while some Spurs supporters also joined in.

Cameras filmed Tottenham fans attending City’s famous ‘Poznan’ celebration, where they were seen turning their backs to the pitch as they jumped up and down.
After the goal was scored, there were also shouts of ‘stand up if you hate Arsenal’.
Spurs had largely stayed in the game until Haaland scored his 26th Premier League goal of the season in the 51st minute.
A defeat or draw in London would have given Arsenal the lead at the top of the English top flight heading into the final day of the season on Sunday.
Meanwhile, City needed to take all three available points to put themselves in the driver’s seat as they bid to close in on a record-breaking fourth consecutive Premier League title.
