Tottenham accept bid from Bayern Munich worth more than £95 million for Harry Kane leaving England captain to decide whether to leave Premier League club
Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich have reached an agreement in principle over Harry Kane.
The clubs have been in talks for several weeks over Kane’s lengthy transfer to Munich, with a deal worth nearly £100 million now agreed.
Kane must now decide whether to move to Germany amid a growing sense that the England captain was out to stay at Spurs.
Bayern failed with their third £86 million bid, submitted last week.
However, the rejected offer would come close to what Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy wanted for Kane.

Daniel Levy has finally conceded after Bayern made an offer of at least £95 million
Levy estimates the talisman striker at £120 million, but well-placed sources have indicated that a bid of around £100 million would entice the club to sell a player who will be available for free next summer.
And after further talks, Bayern’s improved offer – believed to be worth a minimum of £95m – has been accepted.
Kane wants his future resolved before the weekend and will not consider a move once the Premier League season starts.
Bayern have now met all the conditions to bring in Kane, who would be paid around £400,000 a week at the German giants.
The decision now lies with Kane whether he wants to leave for Germany.
Spurs fans serenaded the striker with chants of ‘we want you to stay’ as Postecoglou’s side put in an impressive performance ahead of the new season.
Kane wanted his future decided before the Spurs started their campaign at Brentford on Sunday.
The Spurs and England captain has one year left on his contract and does not intend to renew his contract this summer.
