Poker player wins life-changing jackpot in ‘rarest possible hand’ at Caesars Palace
A victorious gambler won a huge jackpot after getting lucky with the ‘rarest hand’ in poker in an intense game played at a Las Vegas casino.
The man, identified only as Donald, pulled a Royal Flush of clubs during a game of Ultimate Texas Hold’em at Caesars Palace, netting him an astonishing windfall of $763,688.
Donald had traveled from Canada with his family when he decided to try his luck at the poker table, according to Caesars Entertainment.
The Toronto native credited his family for his immense luck, calling them his “lucky charm,” which earned him the royal flush: an ace, king, queen, jack and 10, all in the same suit.
“This hand represents the rarest possible hand made in poker,” said Upswing Poker.
Donald revealed the plans for his sensational earnings: to travel the world with his loved ones.
The whopping win is just one of many at the famed Vegas resort, as earlier this year another Caesars Palace slot jockey took home a huge prize.

The incredible hand, a Royal Flush of Clubs, was played by a man known as Donald C. during a game of Ultimate Texas Hold’em at the Vegas casino, with the winning deal netting him an astonishing profit of $763,688 .
The lucky player won the jackpot three times in a row in one session, earning more than $660,000.
The player first won $125,000 on Dragon Link slots at around 9.27pm on March 26 at the Las Vegas casino, before winning another $383,500 around 10.58pm. Fox 5 Vegas reports.
Less than two hours later, they took home their third win of $159,250 the next morning at 12:27 a.m.
The gambler reportedly placed a bet of $25 per line on each roll of the slot machine.
The slot jockey won a total of $667,750, according to Caesars Entertainment officials.
It is likely that some of the winnings (24 percent) were withheld for taxes by the casino, as required when the jackpot is more than 300 times the stake, as was the case in this case.
Last week’s $660,000 slot win comes after another player scored an astonishing $1,037,828 on Dragon Link slots in Las Vegas earlier this year.
According to local media, the gambler also placed a $25 per line bet on each roll of the machine on the casino floor of the Palazzo at The Venetian.
Another lucky player at the same Vegas resort hit the jackpot three times in a row in a single session, earning more than $660,000
At the same casino, another big jackpot was taken home by a gambler this month after a player got a return of $1,635,693 on his $10 bet on a Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Gold machine

The odds of winning on Dragon Link slots are not indicated on the machine, but in another game like Powerball the chance of winning a similar amount is only 0.000025 percent.
According to Investopedia, odds of winning at slot machines range from a one in 5,000 to a one in 34 million chance of hitting the jackpot.
