Vagabond Tori Spelling is on the road again, but not before destroying her latest $15,000 a month rental house on the way out.
Neighbors were outraged by the mess the Beverly Hills 90210 alum left in her wake after she left the 3,000-square-foot, two-story, five-bedroom, three-bathroom modern home with pool and spa that she had rented for seven months. in the upscale Los Angeles suburb of Woodland Hills.
The converted rental home was delivered fully furnished when Spelling and her five children, Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, seven, moved in at the beginning of this year.
But today exclusive photos from DailyMail.com show piles of discarded furniture, cushions and other household items from the property scattered across the otherwise well-maintained residential street.
Exclusive photos from DailyMail.com reveal the mess Tori Spelling left in her wake after moving out of her $15,000-a-month rental home in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles
Piles of discarded furniture, cushions and other household items from the house were scattered outside in the otherwise well-maintained residential street
Spelling, 51, appeared to have moved into the rental property with her five children earlier this year, months after bouncing from place to place
Some of the furniture, such as a taupe-colored sofa that was pictured in real estate photos of the property, now lies torn and soiled on the street, ready to be picked up by waste management.
There are also pet carriers, a random DVD video, children’s toys and more.
And the scenes inside the home aren’t much better, according to local sources.
“Let’s just say I doubt she’ll get her deposit back,” a neighbor told DailyMail.com.
‘The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and in the house. There are stains all over the walls from who knows what.
‘It’s completely destroyed. Just look at the large dumpster they had to bring in. It has been filled several times since she moved on June 1st.’
Tori, 51, has a menagerie of pets that her ex-husband Dean McDermott blamed for putting a strain on their nearly two-decade marriage, even causing them to sleep in separate bedrooms, in an interview with DailyMail.com last year.
Some of the home furnishings, such as a taupe-colored sofa that was pictured in previous real estate photos of the property, can now be seen torn and soiled on the street, ready to be picked up by waste management.
Pet carriers were also left behind – for one of Spelling’s various animals – a random DVD video, children’s toys and more
There are several black garbage bags in the driveway of the house that were also dumped during the move
According to neighborhood sources, the scenes inside the house are not much better than the eyesore outside
‘[They were] sleeping in the bedroom and on the bed. There was the pig. There is a chicken living in the bathroom and several dogs. And we all know that dogs have accidents and our particular dogs had a lot of them,” McDermott said at the time.
‘And I just couldn’t deal with that anymore.’
As DailyMail.com reported in February, Tori moved into the Woodland Hills rental with a required down payment of $7,500.
“I would be shocked if that covered all the damage,” Tori’s former neighbor said. ‘It would cost at least that much to replace just the two benches. And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to the way it was before she moved in.”
According to the latest listing for this home, it is now available for $16,950 per month, an increase of almost $2,000.
Tori reportedly panicked to escape her previous $18,000-a-month rental home in Tarzana after a SWAT team raided her neighbor’s home last October when someone brandished a firearm at the location.
She has routinely packed up and moved her brood at various whims over the years.
It could be a simple tweet like “ants in the pantry” or more recently a mold problem that causes her to leave the rental property.
Interior photos from the online home listing showed a large sectional resembling the dismantled sofa that had been dumped outside
In an Instagram post promoting a Valentine’s Day giveaway, Tori posed among the household items up for grabs on what appeared to be the floor of the new home.
Tori and Dean – who are now divorced – share five children: Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, six
Tori has arranged photo shoots that make it look like she had to live in a camper or a flea hotel.
But the truth is, she actually doesn’t like staying in one place for long.
She admits as much in her 2013 memoir, Spelling It Like It Is.
‘But as long as it lasts, [constant moving] starts to seem compulsive. Moving is expensive and I have put us in a precarious situation,” she wrote.
Previously, it was Dean who had to deal with the constant packing and unpacking of these moves.
Last October, DailyMail.com was the first to reveal that the 57-year-old Canadian actor had moved on with a new girlfriend, account manager Lily Calo, 34.
Our exclusive photos showed the couple at the welfare office in Los Angeles, where Dean signed up for benefits.
While Tori continues to uproot her children every six to seven months, Dean is living his best life with his new love.
Dean McDermott has since moved on with a new girlfriend, account manager Lily Calo, after he and Tori announced their separation in June 2023.
In October, DailyMail.com revealed that Dean had moved on with 32-year-old Lily Calo after they held hands during a trip to the Department of Social Services in Chatsworth
Calo posted a photo to her Instagram account of the two enjoying a romantic poolside getaway in Palm Springs, California.
It was recently revealed that both Tori and Dean owe approximately $400,000 to City National Bank for a loan they took out in 2012.
The McDermott’s amassed a trail of creditors over the course of their marriage, including the IRS ($707,487), California State Taxes ($282,655), and American Express ($88,000 and $37,000).
She has routinely dodged paying her bills, with her mother Candy Spelling, 78, stepping in to pay for what she told TMZ in 2016 were her daughter’s “necessities.”
Tori and her younger brother Randy, 45, left about $800,000 each when their TV producer father Aaron Spelling died in 2006 at the age of 83 from complications of a stroke.
Candy Spelling still retains control of her husband’s fortune worth an estimated $600 million.
