Too Hot To Handle star Francesca Farago just got pregnant via IVF from transgender fiancé Jesse Sullivan.

And on Monday, the 30-year-old proudly showed off her baby bump at the iHeartRadio Awards in Los Angeles.

The OnlyFans model showed off her curves in a tight black dress that hugged her body.

She was joined by Jesse, who placed a protective hand on her stomach as they kissed on the red carpet.

Jesse wore trendy black pants with a matching tank top and some cool silver chains.

Francesca announced her first pregnancy on Sunday after a ‘bumpy’ IVF process with her fiancé Jesse.

She broke the news via social media on International Transgender Day of Visibility in honor of 34-year-old father-to-be Jesse, whose new gender was confirmed in 2019.

“We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you,” Francesca – who has six million Instagram followers – wrote in a joint post.

“We took you through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to take you through the win,” she said.

“I’m still quite pregnant and there’s so much more to come, but we’re so excited to grow our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling!” AHH, I’M PREGNANT!’

In the accompanying TikTok video, Jesse hinted at the gender by using My Best Friend Jacob’s 2018 song To Our Daughter (Lullaby), two baby emojis representing twins, and what appeared to be two embryos.

The expectant parents chose a sperm donor together before Sullivan had nine eggs removed last August (producing five embryos) and Farago had 18 eggs removed last September (producing eight embryos).

It remains unclear which parent embryo was transferred to the Canadian reality star’s uterus on March 19 at the Tree of Life Center in Los Angeles under the guidance of fertility specialist Dr. Vuk Jovanovic.

But Jesse proudly announced that he had “finally gotten her pregnant” in the comments of their post, which received congratulations from pop star Demi Lovato and Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause.

Sullivan was 18 when he became a mother to 15-year-old child Arlo Bear Sullivan (who uses their pronouns) after having unprotected sex with a teenage boy in 2006, and he “can’t wait to see Arlo become a sibling .’

“When I felt guilty as a trans man that (Francesca) even had to go through this (pregnancy) process, she always assured me that she wouldn’t have it any other way,” the heavily tattooed TikToker said on March 19.

“This is just the beginning for our family.”

Jesse previously stated in their February 1 YouTube vlog that they plan to raise their children according to the gender assigned at birth “and then give them the space, love and freedom to grow up discover whether it is different.’

“The way I raised Arlo was like blank parenting, never imposing gender norms on them,” Sullivan explains.

‘I used her/her as little as possible and clearly regarded her as feminine. As they grew up and they discovered that inside themselves one day they said to me, “I want to go past them/them and that was it and I never looked back.”

Jesse and Farago — who got engaged on April 28 — originally met via Zoom in June 2021 during her TikTok live event for Pride Month.

On Valentine’s Day, the founder of Farago the Label wrote that they were “postponing the wedding until our first baby or babies.”

Sullivan was previously married to model Teela Sullivan, while Francesca is said to have dated Jef Holm, Harry Jowsey, Casey Boonstra, Kelechi Dyke, Haley Cureton, Kori Sampson, Branden Condy and Tana Mongeau.

Farago first found fame competing on Netflix dating shows Too Hot to Handle (2020), followed by Love Is Blind (2021), followed by Perfect Match (2023).

HOW DOES IVF WORK?

In vitro fertilization, known as IVF, is a medical procedure in which a woman has an already fertilized egg inserted into her uterus to become pregnant.

It is used when couples cannot conceive naturally and a sperm and an egg are removed from their bodies and combined in a laboratory before the embryo is inserted into the woman.

Once the embryo is in the uterus, the pregnancy should continue normally.

The procedure can be performed using eggs and sperm from a couple or from donors.

Guidelines from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommend that IVF should be offered on the NHS to women under the age of 43 who have been trying to conceive for two years through regular unprotected sex.

People can also pay for IVF privately, which costs an average of £3,348 for a single cycle, according to January 2018 figures, and there is no guarantee of success.

The NHS says success rates for women under 35 are around 29 per cent, with the chance of a successful cycle decreasing as they get older.

It is believed that around eight million babies have been born as a result of IVF since the first ever case, British woman Louise Brown, was born in 1978.

Chance of success

The success rate of IVF depends on the age of the woman undergoing treatment, as well as the cause of the infertility (if it is known).

Younger women are more likely to have a successful pregnancy.

IVF is usually not recommended for women over 42 years old because the chance of a successful pregnancy is considered too low.

Between 2014 and 2016, the percentage of IVF treatments that resulted in a live birth was:

29 percent for women under 35

23 percent for women aged 35 to 37

15 percent for women aged 38 to 39

9 percent for women aged 40 to 42

3 percent for women aged 43 to 44

2 percent for women over 44 years old
