The couple bought the property in 2018 for $3.28 million.
Known as the greatest goal kicker in AFL history, Tony Lockett rose to fame playing for St. Kilda and later the Sydney Swans.
The 56-year-old retired in 1999. He made a brief return to top-flight football in 2002 and finished his career spanned 281 games with a record 1,360 goals and was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2006.
